01 — Who this is for

Where content plans usually go wrong

A keyword list is not a plan

A spreadsheet of volumes tells a writer nothing about what to write.

Pages compete with each other

Nobody mapped the topics, so three pages chase the same query and none of them wins.

Coverage has gaps

The obvious questions your buyers ask are answered nowhere on the site.

Publishing is unstructured

Output is steady but scattered, so nothing accumulates into authority.

02 — How it runs

How the plan is built

The plan is sized to what you can actually publish. A hundred briefs you never write is not a plan.

STEP 1

Demand and coverage

What people actually search for, against what your site already answers well.

STEP 2

Cluster the topics

Grouped so pages support each other instead of competing, with one page per intent.

STEP 3

Write the briefs

Angle, questions to answer, internal links, and what the page has to beat to rank.

STEP 4

Sequence it

Ordered so early pages build the ground the later ones stand on.

03 — What you get

Something a writer can act on

  • A topic map — clusters and the relationships between them, so nothing cannibalizes
  • Individual briefs — angle, questions, internal links, and the bar to clear
  • A publishing order — what to write first, and why that one
  • A coverage read — what you already have that is worth updating rather than replacing

04 — Questions

What people ask before booking

Do you write the articles?

No — the plan ends at the brief. Writing can be arranged separately, and I will say so rather than folding it in.

How many briefs?

As many as you can realistically publish in the period we are planning for. Usually fewer than people expect.

What about content we already have?

Updating an existing page often beats writing a new one. The plan says which is which.
